Making your Design experience so much Better - Download and utilize MaxBotix 3D CAD Models

Good news Designers – we now have downloadable 3D CAD models (in multiple formats) of our ultrasonic sensors! Designers and Engineers can utilize these models for system integration design or free designing, which will save you time, money, and resources. STL files allow you to 3D print your own life-size model of our parts.

The models are easy to use. Simply select a sensor, look below the 'Product 3D Models' title on all of the product pages, select your file type, save the file, and import into your system. Easy!!!

We offer seven different modeling formats to give our customers maximum flexibility. Please let us know if you need a different file format, and we will do our best to provide a drawing in that file format.

These 3D models are an important part of our effort to provide excellent service to our end users in manufacturing, engineering, natural resources, high schools, colleges – basically any field ultrasonic sensors are needed.

Need help? Our Engineering team has extensive experience in designing special mountings to meet your unique requirements.

Sensor is Tested When providing support, our technical support team may determine that further testing at our facility is the best way to help resolve the issue that you are facing. At this point, they will start the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. This article will explain what you can expect as your ultrasonic sensor travels through our RMA process.

Typical Wall Pipe Many customers have requested the option to mount an ultrasonic sensor in a pipe. During the testing and development cycle, we discovered a number of considerations and requirements that must be met for the application to be successful. When all of these are met, a user may be able to achieve the desired level of success for measuring the liquid level inside of a pipe.
