MaxBotix Inc. at MDM 2012

MaxBotix Inc., released the USB‑ProxSonar‑EZ at the Medical Design and Manufacturing Expo that took place October 31st through November 1st, 2012. We featured a live demonstration of three USB‑ProxSonar‑EZ sensors working side by side simultaneously with no interference problems. Our representatives also ran an HRLV‑MaxSonar‑EZ ultrasonic sensor in close proximity with the USB‑ProxSonar‑EZ without any hindrance on any of the sensors.

The USB‑ProxSonar‑EZ is an easy to use sensor that features a Micro‑B USB connection that allows for Plug and Play operation in Windows operating environments. The sensor also operates in Mac and Linux operating systems. The USB‑ProxSonar‑EZ is an ideal solution for detecting people in front of kiosks and booths.
