Policies
MaxBotix® Inc. Shipping
The MaxBotix® Inc., products are available for immediate shipping.
Domestic Orders (within the U.S.)
Orders are shipped from MaxBotix® Inc., located in Minnesota. For orders within Arizona or Minnesota, the state sales tax will be charged on purchases.
We ship orders in the US using USPS Priority Mail (typically delivers in 2-3 days, but occasionally longer). Shipping charges are added to your order, with rates based on the total amount of your purchase, and include shipping, tracking, and insurance cost.
International Orders (outside the U.S.)
We ship international orders using US Postal Service Global Express Mail (typically 3-5 days, but we have seen it take twice this long). Shipping charges are added at the time of your order, with rates based on the total amount of your purchase and include shipping, tracking and insurance. There is also a $4.00 handeling fee for processing international orders.
Be aware that your country may charge you import duties or taxes on your order. You are responsible for these taxes or fees. We will generally mark the package as ultrasonic sensors. But if you have suggestions for how to accurately describe the contents so as to minimize any import taxes, please let us know. Message about RoHS
